Shipping policy

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹750
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹750, a flat shipping rate of ₹25 will be applied.

Shipping Partners: We work with reliable delivery partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical delays.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment online.

International Shipping: At the moment, we only offer shipping within India. We do not ship to international locations.

Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Address Changes:  We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
